How to Replace the Battery on the Volkswagen Polo

If you notice that the battery in your vehicle is no longer efficient, you need to proceed with its replacement. The following instructions outline the correct procedure to follow. After opening the engine bay, locate the battery on the left side in front of the headlamp. Then, unscrew the negative terminal followed by the positive terminal in that order. Remove the plastic cover around it and unscrew the fixing bolt of the lower support. Remove the battery and replace it with the new one, then reconnect the positive terminal first and then the negative.
