The timing belt should be replaced on this engine type within a range of 56,000 to 75,000 miles; if this mileage is not reached, it should be replaced every 7 years.

To access the timing belt, you will need to remove the air filter box and the engine mount, disconnecting the auxiliary belt; then remove the timing cover to access the belt and replace it!
