In this video, see where the PDC (Park Distance Control) module is located on the Volkswagen Golf VI: it is the parking assistance control unit, a driver assistance system that helps the driver during parking manoeuvres and alerts them to obstacles nearby. All data is transmitted to the control unit shown in the video, which is located in the engine compartment, near the suspension strut, in a small compartment in the bodywork, directly in front of the passenger, under the grille (which you will need to lift) that prevents leaves from settling in the bottom of the windscreen scuttle. The compartment is covered by a plastic lid.
