In this tutorial, we can see how to deactivate the passenger airbag in the Volkswagen Scirocco, a very simple operation that must be done in order to install a rear-facing child seat. First, go inside the cabin, then open the passenger glove compartment and locate the lock switch in the upper left corner. Next, insert the key and turn it clockwise to the "OFF" position. Turning it in the opposite direction will reactivate the airbag.
