Operation: How to change the air filter of a Volkswagen Polo

Let's see how to change the engine air filter of a Volkswagen Polo. It's an easy job that anyone can do. We open the hood and lift the engine cover. We disconnect the hose, go to the air intake manifold, and unscrew the three cross-shaped screws that hold it closed. We loosen the two cross-shaped screws of the air intake pipe. We open the cover and remove the dirty filter. We replace it, after cleaning the compartment from which we removed it, from dust and debris, with a vacuum cleaner or a blast of compressed air. We put the new filter in its place and close the compartment again, putting back all five screws that we removed. We reattach the hose and put the cover back in place. Operation completed.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport
