Resetting the Service Light on a Volkswagen Up

Model: Volkswagen Up MK 1 - Years 2011-2024

Once the scheduled maintenance tasks are completed, you need to reset the Service light that appears on the dashboard of the Volkswagen Up. To do this, sit in the driver's seat, press and hold the button marked "00/SET" located at the bottom between the speedometer and the rev counter. Turn the ignition key to switch on the instrument panel, then release the button. Within twenty seconds, press the same button again to confirm the procedure. After restarting the engine, you can verify that the operation was successful.
