Removing the Air Vents

Model: Volvo S40 MK 2 - Years 2004-2012

The central air vents are simply clipped in, and to remove them, you just need to unclip them from their housing.
Insert a small plastic lever under the frame around the vents and first unclip the lower part; then unclip the upper part and extract the complete support with the air grilles.
At this point, disconnect the connector from the parking indicator button to completely remove the air vents. It is advisable to handle the plastic parts carefully to avoid breaking tabs and clips.
