How to Replace the Rear Bumper Indicator Bulb

Model: Volvo S40 MK 1 - Years 1995-2004

The following video shows how to replace the bulb of the side indicator located on the rear light cluster of a Volvo S40. The operation is easier if the rear wheel is removed. Using a ratchet spanner, remove the bolts securing the panel near the wheel arch. This will create a gap allowing you to access the indicator light. Push it out by pressing on the side clip that holds it in place. Once the indicator is removed, disconnect it and replace it (or just replace the bulb). After completing the operation, reinsert the indicator light into its housing.
