How to Reset the Service Light on a Volvo V50

In this video tutorial, you will see how to reset the maintenance light on a Volvo V50. When the maintenance light comes on, the first thing to do is change the engine oil and filters. Next, enter the vehicle, engage the handbrake, insert the key, and turn it to position one to power on the instrument cluster without starting the engine. Now, press and hold the button located under the speedometer and turn the key to position two; continue holding the button. At this point, the display will show the message: (Time for regular maintenance) and an "i" light will flash three times. Release the button and remove the key. The next step is to insert the key and start the engine; you should notice that the light has turned off and the reset has been completed.
