How to Bleed the Clutch Circuit of the Alfa Romeo 156

If pressing the clutch pedal causes it to feel soft and not provide the correct resistance, there may be air in the hydraulic circuit that needs to be bled. There is a specific valve on the gearbox that is practically identical to the one on the brake caliper. To access the valve, first remove the intake duct, the battery, the engine management ECU, and the battery support plate. At this point, there should be enough space to access the gearbox, remove the protective rubber, and perform the bleeding through the designated valve.
