How do you remove the front headlight of an Audi car?

Model: Audi A3 MK 3, 8V - Years 2012-2019
Part: Headlight

We illustrate in a generic way how to disassemble the front headlight of an Audi car, specifying that the vehicle used in the video is an Audi A3 8v. In order to access all the pins to be removed, lower, side and rear, it is necessary to remove both the front bumper and the wheel arch. We start with the upper section of the front grille, then move on to the aforementioned bumper and wheel arch, ending with unscrewing the locking pins of the headlight. Now that we have freed it, we pull it outwards, but don't forget to disconnect its rear connector of the cables that power it.

Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through. Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge. Remove the inner cover of the bumper and position it near the radiator to identify any interfering parts to eliminate: again, apply a gasket to the edge of the cut.
