How to Remove the Cooling Radiator on BMW 3 Series

Let's see how to remove the cooling radiator on BMW 3 Series. Open the hood (remove the air intake kit if necessary), disconnect the engine soundproofing panel, then use a suitable socket wrench to remove the brackets that secure the radiator at the top. Lift the car on a column lift or jack and loosen the clamp on the water hose. Disconnect the various hoses of the cooling system with pliers. Once free from screws and hoses, you can remove the fan assembly and then the radiator from the engine compartment. Prepare to install the new part in the engine compartment: install the cooling fans, clamps, pins, and various hoses. Reinstall the radiator mounting brackets with the associated plates. Tighten the plastics and front grille securely with a socket wrench.
