Do we have the remote key unloaded? Can we no longer open our BMW 5 Series car? Let's see how to open the lock with the key (metal) placed in the remote control. We take our remote control and press the button to pop out the metal key. Once the key has been extracted: insert it into the space of the handle, lever until the piece comes off (if the lock is hidden). We put the key in the lock and open the car door. How do you replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS?

In order to replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS it is necessary to loosen the bolts that secure the casing positioned on the left side of the bike, so that its cover can be removed. Once this has been removed, you will be able to access the components below, including the battery. The latter must be removed from its housing by disconnecting the power cables and unscrewing the appropriate fixing bolts. In this way it will be possible to insert a new battery, properly fixing it and connecting it to the relative cables, covering everything with the casing.
