Remove the Air Filter on BMW 3 Series

Replace the air filter on BMW 3 Series. Open the car door, pull up the hood release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, and lift the hood.

Secure it with the prop rod. Remove the engine soundproofing panel, then detach the air box. Open the air kit (unscrew the fastening screws), remove the cover of the filter box, and take out the worn air filter. Insert a new filter into the designated housing (ensuring it fits snugly against the walls).

Reinstall the air box in the engine compartment and connect the intake hose.
