How to Replace the Thermostat on a BMW 3 Series

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006

Replace the damaged thermostat on a BMW 3 Series. Open the hood where the engine is located. Remove the bolts on the thermostat housing cap (use a socket wrench with the appropriate sockets), take off the covering plastics, and remove the radiator fan (as shown in the video). Pull off the cap and extract the coolant thermostat from its housing. Once the part is removed, replace it with a new one, close the housing with the cap, and tighten the bolts securely with all its parts. Ensure that the thermostat valve is correctly inserted and mounted in the appropriate housing. Reinstall the radiator fan.
