Installation of Carbon Fiber Inserts

Model: BMW Serie 3 E91, E90, E92 - Years 2005-2013

Using a plastic spatula, detach the central trim of the dashboard along with the air vents and the ignition button, and place it on a workbench. At this point, disconnect the vents and the button from the original trim and attach them to the carbon fiber trim before installing it in the vehicle, ensuring it fits correctly. Now move on to removing the cover of the outside rearview mirror: pry on the mirror to detach it from the mount while disconnecting the defrost wires; from inside the mirror, press the retaining tab of the cover and detach it; now apply the carbon fiber cover, ensuring it adheres properly (it may be advisable to apply double-sided tape along the inner edge) and reposition the mirror. Finally, replace the grilles of the front grille: simply detach the retaining tabs from the inside.
