Operation: Reset BMW ECU

Procedure to start with the engine off. Insert the key and press the ignition button, but without starting the engine! You will therefore need to have the gear engaged and the clutch pedal NOT pressed. As usual, all the lights in the panel will turn on. At this point, press the accelerator pedal all the way down and hold it at the end of the stroke for thirty seconds, without moving your foot. After the aforementioned thirty seconds you can release the accelerator pedal, press the star / stop button once more and remove the key. Open and close the driver's door. Reset done!
