Guide to Removing the Convertible Top and Re-Synchronizing the Motor

Model: BMW Serie 3 E36 - Years 1990-2001
Part: Convertible top

The first step shown in the video is removing the central bearing of the rear seatback. Then, simply grasp it from the bottom, lift it up, and remove the entire seat.
Pull the red lever as shown in the guide, and at this point, you can lift the body panel that covers the convertible top. Close it completely by hand, lift the rear part, and lower the previously raised plastic section. Lower the rear part of the convertible top and return to the cabin.
Finish closing the convertible top and then open it completely. Close the cover that hides its housing, reopen it, and operate the latch with the convertible top switch as shown in the guide.
Open the trunk, remove the side upholstery cover, and the video shows where the motor is located and the exact procedure to follow to re-synchronize it.

How to Replace the Engine Air Filter on a Volkswagen Polo

Remove the engine air filter from a Volkswagen Polo: open the car door, pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the front bonnet, securing it with the prop rod. Remove the engine soundproofing panel (if necessary), then open the air box (unscrew the securing screws), remove the cover of the filter box and take out the engine air filter. Insert a new filter into the dedicated housing (ensuring it fits snugly around the edges). Finally, refit the air box cover and tighten the screws. Close the front bonnet after maintenance.
