In this video we can see where the power steering fluid reservoir is located in the BMW 3 Series and how to proceed in case we need to replace it. As shown, it is located inside the engine compartment, just behind the left headlight. To disassemble it, we first of all remove the liquid contained inside with the help of a pump or a syringe, then we unscrew the fixing bolts and disconnect the two lower tubes. Once this is done, we completely drain the circuit by unscrewing the indicated bolt, mount the spare box and put the required amount of liquid through the tank itself.
