Before proceeding with the disassembly of the door panel to access the windscreen mechanism, it is advisable to disconnect the battery located in the rear luggage compartment since the side airbag will have to be disconnected; once the battery has been disconnected, proceed with the disassembly of the door panel by first removing the caps on the armrest handle and then the molding in order to access the screws below; then unclip the panel along the edges and disconnect the lock cable and the loudspeaker socket to be able to remove it; remove the side airbag, detach the sound-absorbing lining, taking care not to tear it in order to reach the window lifting mechanism; then loosen the claws to remove the glass, unscrew the fixing pins of the mechanism and extract it from its seat; proceed in reverse to install the new one by moving the drive motor.
