- Years 2003-2010 On the BMW X3, all the fuses are located inside the appropriate fuse boxes that are installed within the vehicle: in this type of car, there are two fuse boxes. The first one is located inside the cabin, at the rear in relation to the glove compartment: inside it, there are fuses for the power steering, heated seats, courtesy lights, etc. The second fuse box is instead located on the side of the engine compartment, behind the panel on the right: inside it, there are fuses for the rear lights, alternator, etc.
