If the battery in the remote for your BMW 3 Series model G is dead, don't worry. The manufacturer has set up functions that allow you to open the door and start the vehicle until the remote battery is replaced.

To open the door, extract the emergency metal key from the remote. Pull the side of the remote to do this.

Lift the handle to open the door, remove the cover cap from the lock, and then insert the key. To start the vehicle, press the ignition button and place the remote near the steering wheel in the area marked with the wrench symbol. Once done, you can start the vehicle.
