How to Remove the Original Stereo from a Chevrolet Cruze

How do you remove the stereo from a Chevrolet Cruze to install a sat-nav? Follow this guide carefully. Using a plastic or metal trim tool, lever off the plastic trim around the gear knob. Unscrew the securing screws of the trim around the air vents (pull it away). Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws securing the display and the air conditioning control panel. Unscrew the pins that secure the stereo to the dashboard, then carefully pull out the stereo, taking care not to damage the wiring (disconnect the power connectors and the antenna cable). Finally, refit the sat-nav by reversing the steps.
