The replacement of the engine air filter is a maintenance that can easily be done by yourself and above all it is essential to keep this filter clean to ensure the engine always has the right amount of air and above all that it is clean; once the hood has been opened, the filter box is located between the engine and the battery compartment and to facilitate replacement it is advisable to remove the entire box from its seat; start by disconnecting the intake duct in front of the box, then the vapor recovery one by pressing on the relevant yellow plastic safety catch and finally loosening the clamp that connects the filter box to the throttle body; then unscrew the fixing pins of the filter box and extract it from its seat in order to unscrew the fixing screws of the cover, remove it and extract the old filter to insert the new one and proceed backwards for reassembly.
