Resetting the Citroen C4 MK1 Service light

Model: Citroen C4 MK 1 - Years 2004-2010

The appearance of an icon in the shape of a wrench at the bottom left of the display in the center of the Citroen C4 dashboard reminds us to change the engine oil. After replacing it, we proceed to reset the notification module. We sit in the driver's seat of the car, press and hold the Trip button, the one on the left of the three in front of the display, turn the ignition key to position two, and we will see a countdown from ten to zero start next to the icon. Once the countdown is complete, we turn off the instrumentation. Upon the next engine restart, the disappearance of the icon will confirm the reset.
