How to deactivate the immobilizer of the Citroen Berlingo

In this guide, we will see how to deactivate the immobilizer of the Citroen Berlingo in case of emergency. First, we open the hood of the vehicle and start to disassemble and remove the engine control unit; to do this, we disconnect the wiring and unscrew the mounting screws. At this point, we use diagnostic software to access the inside of the control unit, programming the deactivation of the immobilizer. We then follow the guided procedure to start the engine in case of emergency; finally, we restore the correct functioning of the immobilizer.
