How to replace the airbag control unit in the Fiat 500?

In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the airbag control unit in the Fiat 500, an extremely simple and fast operation. Before proceeding, let's open the hood and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, in order to work in complete safety. Let's start by going inside the passenger side of the cabin, then we remove the cover located between the dashboard and the central tunnel. Next, we locate the control unit in question, unscrew the respective fixing bolts with a socket wrench and disconnect the two connectors by unlocking the respective clips. To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
