How do you start a vintage Fiat 500?

Those who are passionate about vintage cars but were born after the 1980s may dream of owning a Fiat 500 before 1975, but are definitely not prepared for how this car starts. In fact, it is not enough to get in the car and turn the key - as was already the case for the Fiat 126 - but to start it, after turning the key, we must pull up the starter lever, which is located on the central "tunnel" (we call it that just to help you identify it), pressing on the accelerator until we hear the starter motor has started the engine.
