How to replace the diesel filter on Fiat 500L? Let's see the replacement: open the car door and pull up the engine compartment opening lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, lift up the front hood and put it in safety. Remove the soundproofing panel of the engine, then, with a socket wrench, unscrew the locking pins placed next to the plate that supports the filter (disconnect the cables and the various tubes from the filter) where the filter is located. We extract the diesel filter and replace it with a new one. Finally we reassemble the fuel filter container (connect pipes and cables) and tighten the pins. We close the front hood finally.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base.
