We recommend having the work done by professionals; it is not a job that can be done on your own if the front airbags and seat belt pretensioners deploy. Our future safety is at stake; while putting an airbag back in place may be relatively easy, realigning the steering wheel so that it turns correctly is already a job that is not within everyone's reach; changing the passenger's airbag is definitely a job for professionals, as the dashboard and central tunnel must be completely disassembled, as well as the side pillars to reach the seat belts. To remove the lower part of the front pillar, we must also remove the rear seats, not only the seat but also the backrest; then we can remove the rear parts of the pillars and finally reach the front one: in practice, we have disassembled the entire car.
