Resetting the Ford Transit Service light

After changing the engine oil of the Ford Transit, we must proceed with resetting the control system that warns us, with an orange key-shaped light on the dashboard, of the need for the operation. We sit in the driver's seat with all doors closed, turn the ignition key to position two, press and hold down, all the way, the brake and accelerator pedals for about fifteen seconds. After this period, we will see the light flashing, wait a few seconds and release both pedals simultaneously; we will see the light go out, indicating that the reset has been successful.
