How to Remove the Door Panel on a Ford S Max

Here’s how to remove the left rear door panel on a Ford S Max. Disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine bay, use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws in the upper door opening lever area and remove the plastic covering above the handle, unscrew the perimeter screws on the door panel and detach the window winding handle. Pull off the panel by hand (disconnect the power wiring and the opening cable). Remove the adhesive covering and carry out maintenance inside. Replace the door panel and reassemble everything in reverse order.
