Resetting the oil service light on a Ford Escape is very simple. Follow these steps in this tutorial.

This operation should only be done after performing the required maintenance. To proceed with the reset, turn on the ignition without starting the engine.

Press and hold the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal simultaneously for about 20 seconds. On the instrument cluster display, you will see a message indicating that the reset is in progress, followed by a confirmation.

Finally, turn off the ignition and turn it back on to verify that the procedure was successful.
