This brief video guide shows the procedure to reset the maintenance light on a third-generation Ford Escape, produced from 2013 to 2019. First, with the vehicle off, press and hold the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously, then turn on the instrument cluster without starting the engine.

You will see a reset notification appear on the speedometer display.

Continue holding the pedals for about twenty seconds until the reset completion notification appears.
