In this video we can see how to permanently deactivate the Start / Stop system in the Ford F-150 pick-up. This system automatically switches off the engine during prolonged stops, such as a traffic light, and then switches it back on the next time the accelerator is pressed. Although this system allows to reduce fuel consumption, it can be very invasive as well as stressing the battery, reducing its life. To deactivate the Start / Stop, we will have to trick the car by inserting the special device shown in the video, making it believe that we have connected a trailer. In this condition, the system will always remain disabled.

How to set the time on the Peugeot 308
