How to Enter Battery Diagnostic Mode on a Ford Figo B562

This guide shows how to perform battery diagnostics on a Ford Figo B562 if you do not have a multimeter. This mode allows you to quickly check the battery status without accessing the engine compartment. First, turn the key to the first stage of ignition. Then, while holding down the "TRIP" button located on the right lever of the steering wheel, turn the key one more notch until the instrument panel lights up. Continue holding the "TRIP" button until the word "TEST" appears on the multifunction display. At this point, release the button and press it again until the "bat" option appears. The correct value for the battery to start the vehicle properly is between 140 and 150; with values below 100, the vehicle will likely not start.
