To replace the timing belt on a Ford C-Max, open the bonnet to access the screws securing the protection panel on the left side of the engine block. You will also need to loosen the screws securing the front right wheel, removing it along with its wheel arch. This will allow you to loosen the central nut of the tensioner pulley, reducing its tension and removing the belt from its seat. The new replacement part can now be inserted, ensuring everything functions correctly.
