In order to replace the timing belt of the Ford B-Max 1.0 EcoBoost, you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components in the engine compartment. You will also need to loosen the screws that secure the right front wheel and the inner cover of the appropriate wheel arch. At this point, you will have access to the belt tensioner pulley, which must be removed from its housing by unscrewing the central nut. This will allow the belt to be removed from its seat and the new replacement part to be inserted. After the replacement, you can reassemble all the removed components and check their functioning.
