To replace the timing belt on a Ford B-Max 1.0 EcoBoost, open the bonnet to access the components in the engine bay. You will also need to loosen the screws securing the front right wheel and the inner cover of the corresponding wheel arch. At this point, you will have access to the tensioner pulley, which must be removed by loosening the central nut: this will allow the belt to be taken off its seat, and the new replacement part to be installed.
