The procedure for replacing the timing belt on the Ford B-Max 1.0 EcoBoost is carried out by opening the hood, so that it is possible to access the components inside the engine compartment: the screws that fix the front right wheel and the internal cover of the corresponding wheel arch must also be loosened. At this point, access to the tensioner roller will be available, which must be removed by loosening the central nut: this will allow the belt to be removed from its seat, inserting the new replacement part. After the replacement, all removed components can be reassembled, checking that everything is functioning properly.
