When the service light illuminates on the Ford Connect, it indicates that a service is due, followed by a reset of the light. The steps to follow are simple and quick.

First, turn on the instrument cluster. Second, press and hold the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal simultaneously.

Third, wait for 15 to 20 seconds. Fourth, turn off the instrument cluster.

Finally, turn the instrument cluster back on to complete the reset of the light.
