How to Replace the Steering Gear on a Genesis G80?

To replace the steering gear on a Genesis G80, lift the vehicle to access the steering tie rod mounting bolts. Remove the wheels and completely detach the rack. Once the rack is removed, pull the steering gear out of its housing to replace it with a new part. After the new steering gear is installed, reinstall the rack along with the wheels and corresponding tie rods.
