In this video tutorial, you will see how to reset the oil life on a 2020 GMC Acadia by following a few simple steps: The first thing to do before resetting the oil life is to perform maintenance on the vehicle, such as changing the engine oil and filters.

After you have completed the DIY maintenance, get in the vehicle, turn on the engine.

Once the vehicle is started, you will see a message on the screen indicating to change the engine oil. To reset, use the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel. Press the button with the checkmark, and a MENU will open.

Press left and right until you reach the information, then press the down arrow until you reach the oil life. Once you are at the oil life, press and hold the button with the checkmark until the reset is complete (100%).
