Removing a Car Clutch

First, remove the wheels and then the shock absorbers. Next, disconnect the starter motor to avoid issues such as potential fire hazards. To do this, remove the mounting bolts and the positive battery cable. Then, disconnect the drive shafts, detach the gear lever, and remove the clutch cable. You will need two people to disconnect the gearbox from the engine. Finally, remove the clutch disc and pressure plate to access the clutch disc.
