How to reset the engine oil light on the 2016 Jeep Compass

In this short video, we are shown the procedure for resetting the oil change indicator light on a 2016 Jeep Compass, in case the light remains on after an oil change. To reset this indicator light, first turn on the ignition without starting the engine by turning the key to position 2, then slowly press the accelerator pedal three times before turning off the ignition for 10 seconds and then restarting it. If the indicator light is still present on the instrument panel after completing the procedure, repeat the steps just performed.
