Resetting the engine oil light on your Jeep Cherokee is undoubtedly one of the quickest and simplest operations you can perform independently without the help of an expert. First, go to the driver's side and press the Start button to turn on the ignition only. Next, using the directional arrow buttons located to the left of the steering wheel, navigate through the menu until you see the vehicle icon. At this point, simply hold the up arrow button for a few seconds. Once a message confirming the reset appears, release the button and the entire operation is complete.
