How do you replace the drive belt of a Kia Sorento or Sportage?

In this video we can see how to replace the serpentine belt of a Kia Sorento or Sportage; it is a 2.4 engine, and the engine has been removed so that the entire operation can be seen well, which takes place on the left side of the engine, and can also be done with the engine mounted, working from below. First, we need to remove the tensioner pulley counterclockwise and the belt will come off. Before installing the new belt, make sure that the pulleys do not squeak or are loose, and in this case they need to be replaced; the tensioner pulley should always be replaced together with the belt. We start from the air compressor; it must fit well in all channels, then goes to the alternator, to the tensioner, then to the crankshaft and then tighten it from the tensioner pulley.
