In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and clean the EGR valve on the 1.6 MultiJet engine of the Lancia Delta, following the instructions below. First, open the engine bonnet and remove the plastic engine cover; then remove the intake hose and disconnect the brake pipe, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the screws securing the small throttle body; then unscrew the screws of the EGR valve and clean it with appropriate degreasers before reassembling everything!
