Working with the engine off and the handbrake engaged, lift the bonnet and secure it with the support rod. Undo the four 10 mm nuts and disconnect the two terminals: in these cases, always remember to start with the negative terminal and only then move to the positive for electrical safety reasons, proceeding in reverse when installing the new battery.

Undo the nuts that secure the battery bracket (which keeps it in place), remove the old battery and insert the new one, proceeding in reverse until fully reassembled.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
