How do you open the door of your vehicle if the key battery is dead? In this video, see how to manually open the lock on a Mercedes A-Class. Take your remote and press the button to extend the metal key. Once extracted, insert it into the lock and open the car door. To lock the door again, repeat the previous operation. Insert the key back into the remote as soon as possible, and replace the remote key battery with one of the same size and voltage.
