To access the air conditioning radiator, start by disassembling the air intake located under the windshield in the engine compartment and remove the connecting hoses to the radiator. Remove the battery from its housing. Disassemble the complete radio console and the center tunnel. Remove the glove compartment and part of the attached dashboard. Next, disassemble the steering wheel, dashboard, and plastic covers on the steering column. Then proceed to remove the parts on the tunnel under the transmission and the electrical components contained within. Remove the parts covering the roof pillars. Unscrew all the dashboard retaining screws until it is completely removed. Also, take off the side parts of the tunnel. Disassemble the air conditioning radiator unit, which can now be completely removed. Place the unit on a flat surface and remove all various parts to access the radiator to be replaced. After replacing the radiator, carefully reassemble all disassembled parts.
